I'm terrible about remembering pills, but when I DO manage to take TWO--it says so on the bottle, and one a day did nothing--for several days in a row I notice a distinct and strong improvement in persistent achy joints from years of very physical jobs. The pills are huge but the taste is bland and tolerable. EDIT: NOT for taking if you have any shellfish allergies, as I have learned and other reviewers may have mentioned. I myself do not. It's now January, 2013. I finally put an alarm on my phone to take this EVERY DAY..........and noticed, when one of my feet fell asleep, that I was sitting Indian-style at my computer. For the first time in nearly a decade. Or, at least, for the first time in nearly a decade that I didn't notice in about three minutes due to excruciating knee pain. This must've been at least half an hour. I would guesstimate this happened about ten days after faithfully taking two pills EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. There is DEFINITELY something to this stuff! Joints I didn't know were bad off/fixable (left wrist, for example) are not troubling me significantly any more. I move more fluidly and with less caution, and this is a good thing in a semi-physical work environment. I don't remember the last time I had to crack my back, either. When I had managed to remember for roughly a week I got "odd" pains--nothing severe, but weird tingly sensations, tiny aches, and new "crunches" when I moved certain things. And the old crunches were no longer reliable. Now, I still have knee pain. Crawling around on the floor trying to assemble some flat-box furniture taught me that. But it stops when the activity is over, doesn't keep me up that night, and isn't there the next day. Worth it. It won't make you twenty again, but it'll definitely take away stimuli that you don't need in your life! I haven't felt this free to move or pose since I was..........well, twenty-five or six, maybe. I'm about a decade past that now, and a LOT of that was rough heavy repetitive motion. COMPLETELY recommended if you can TAKE TWO A DAY, every day. VERY well worth it! Bumped up to five stars! Will absolutely buy again when I realize I can see the bottom of this jug.

First let me tell you that I've only been taking this product for about 3 weeks now and the reason for my interest in this product is because I cashier and stand on my feet majority of the day. Before I started taking these, I had a lot of uncomfortable joint pain in my ankles and knees. After 3 weeks I'm able to get out of bed without feeling like a old car having to warm up before it moves. A helpful hint for taking these type of pills after doing extensive research is to not just take 2 pills at the same time, but spread them out over the day. The goal is to keep the Glucosamine active over the course of the day. It will have a better effect on keeping your joint lubricated. Instead of it just hitting your body all at once. Now for the Pros & Cons Pros: Seems to work fairly quickly upon taking them. Should continue to improve over longer usage. No Side Effects Great Price for the amount of pills Great reviews Cons: Pills are sort of big, but not enormous. Very doable. Need to take 2 in order to get the 1500 dosage I would definitely recommend this product to someone looking to add lubrication and improve on their joint pain.

From a Veterinary Perspective: Glucosamine Chondroitin is one of the most commonly used neutraceuticals for human osteoarthritis and canine osteoarthritis in the world. The problem is that medical research has yet to clinically prove the effectiveness of the dietary supplements in the treatment of osteoarthritis. That is not to say that it does't have a real positive impact for some people, or in my case for dogs. As I read the other reviews of successes in people, I can say that I too have had similar successes in dogs. As a result, I always try it on my patients and if after 30+ days I haven't seen any positive effect, knowing that some of them will not respond, then we move on to more aggressive medical management. But for those that it does work, I find the Kirkland brand to be well respected, inexpensive, and a very easy to use product. I should know; I've used it on my own dog for the past 19 months and I'm pleased with her response and willingness to eat the tables when just tossed in her food. *before using this product with your pet, seek the advice of your regular veterinarian for dosage information and the appropriateness of its usage.

８年位前から、この製品を使用していました。２年位前に小粒タイプ（１日３錠）の製品に変わりました。先日 この２２０錠入りを見つけ、購入しました。 説明書では、小粒の １日３錠タイプと この １日２錠タイプは成分が同じとの事ですが、私には。この１日２錠タイプが 会っているようです。今後も継続するつもりです。

このサプリメントは２回目です。 以前とパッケージデザインが変わったようですね。 これは、サプリメントなので、なんとなく、膝の保護になるかと思い飲んでます。 気休めかもしれません。 日本で良く見かけるものより安いので飲んでます。 タブレットはなかなか大きいです。２錠で済むので、良いかもしれませんが、飲み込みづらいです。

大きな錠剤なのでそのまま飲むのは苦労するが、分割すれば問題なく、220錠、グルコサミン、コンドロイチンの量も十分で愛用して15年。膝の痛みもなく快調！ラベルの黒基調がグレー基調になったので心配していたのだか、中身は同じで良かった。 発注してから届くまで８日。早いのでなくなる前に準備できた！
