Gym Chalk Ball for Rock Climbing, Gymnastics, and Weightlifting

Works amazing! I tried using gloves and i still couldn't grip the bar well. I hurt my wrist last week from constant re positioning from the bar sliding out of my grip. I tried this chalk today and my workout went so smooth on the Smith machine. I didn't have calluses on my hands bur the gloves didn't do much for me so going to stick with the chalk.

Pretty good chalk! Nice and fine texture, large ball will last a while.

Bought this for my hemolytic gymnast for her home bars and it legit lasted for almost two years. One of the best purchases ive made to date. Though it can be messy it does provide comfort for her when she is on bars. It usually only takes one squeeze of the ball to fully coat her hands though she does tend to reapply after every skill as opposed to the chalk used at her gym.
