I took the suggested dose (2 capsules) of 1000 mg for three days. On the fourth day I suffered nausea, vomiting, dizziness, blurred vision in one eye. Decades ago when quinine was an OTC remedy for foot & leg cramps, the maximum dosage was 300 mg. 1000 mg is poison to your physical well being. No where on the label does it describe the side effects. It should not be on the market.
