They are high in protein and fibre and much lower in carbohydrates than traditional pasta. This Asian take on an Italian classic is so impressive. It is a fantastic example of the nurturing goodness within nature. A single 50 g serving of this delicious pasta serves up nearly 50 percent of your daily protein requirements and 35 percent of your daily fibre requirements. You could be forgiven for wondering what’s the catch but that’s just it – there is none!!! It is made from 100 percent pure and delicious edamame beans. Best substitute out there!!!!
I have tried a lot of pasta substitutes and even tried making one. But this option is the best I have found so far by miles!!!! No need to cook a lot because it is prettY filling and put it under cold water after 3 minutes so it stops cooking and tastes more al dente! I usually cook pasta with the sauces already but I haven’t tried that yet, I will give an update when I do.

Love this stuff
I don't even buy ordinary pasta now. This stuff is packed with protein, meaning you need to use less of it, and cooks incredibly quickly without going mushy. It's quite pricey compared to standard pasta but it's not bad value for the quality and health benefits. I love it with a simple roasted tomato and olive oil sauce, with some garlic king prawns tossed through and a sprinkle of red chili. Delicious.

Great healthy alternative
I‘ve got this as I’m on gluten free diet. Surprisingly easy to cook and not mushy at all.. it has a great al dente texture and is far better than other wheat free pastas i previously had. One pack serves 4 , or even 5 if you are not big eaters. It’s a bit pricey but I actually prefer this than normal pasta now :)

Not for me
I’m giving the keto diet a try - missing pasta a lot so thought I’d give this a go after seeing someone use it to make a recipe online. I found it flavourless and it had a very strange, rough texture. Perhaps, the spaghetti version might be better as it won’t be as dense.

Its a bit weird when you are used to pasta, but it is high protein, better priced than similar products, and my family liked it more than me. So maybe I am fussy.

Not that nice
Really brittle, pale colour which goes almost grey with cooking. Didn't look that appetising and didn't taste that great either. An experiment not to be repeated. 🤢

This product is a bit questionable. Grams of carb are not accurate or perhaps misleading. I am not convinced this product is keto friendly.
