Fruit Gum Xylichew 60 ct Bottle

I was fasting for a couple days & chewed this gum. I thought it was keto friendly, but I believe it kicked me out of ketosis. This is the only thing I ate/ chewed in 2 days and I am not even close to ketosis according to my Keto Mojo tester. The gum is delicious, but I was hoping it didn't trigger insulin.

Tastes like some foul cough syrup from my youth. Gross if you ask me. I like the cinnamon flavor.

SOFTNESS: Some other xylitol gums (and non-xylitol gums) I've tried over the past few years become harder to chew after the first few minutes. This gum seems to be the opposite: starts somewhat hard, but then softens a bit and stays that way. FLAVOR: great initial burst of flavor, but have to agree with those who indicate it doesn't last long. So far I've only tried the fruit flavor. However, I am not inclined to be too critical, as this seems to be a common problem with gum, and the softness-hardness issue is more of a concern for me. SIZE: The pieces are on the small side, but I don't find particular smaller than many other gums of this type. I usually chew a single piece at a time, but for those who like a bigger 'wad,' two pieces may be necessary. INGREDIENTS AND PRODUCTION: Very pleased with the ingredient list, especially as compared with most sugarless gums, and this product is made in the USA. OVERALL: I am about 3/4 of the way thru my first container of 60 pieces and plan to purchase again.

I love the fruit flavor of this gum.
