Nonetheless, the experience was worth every penny, and I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an effective solution to their hair care needs.The product's prompt shipping was prompt, and I was pleased to find it arrived in perfect condition. As someone with super fine red hair, I was apprehensive about using a product that could weigh down my hair. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the balm was light and non-greasy and worked wonders on my hair. After my shower, I applied a dime-sized amount of the balm through the lower two-thirds of my hair, and it kept my hair soft and free of frizz all day.This product stands out to me because of its fantastic scent. Unlike other hair care products with an overwhelming smell, this one had a subtle and refreshing fragrance that left my hair smelling great throughout the day. Overall, I am delighted with my purchase, and I will use this product again in the future.

I live in a very dry climate and I am getting older.Life is always changing and so are you.I will tell you that I do not ,! like the smell .The smell will fade away after awhile.Thank goodness.The product does work great!!!My hair is truly beautiful soft, and shiny so smooth.Think of it as a trade off .A smell that doesn’t linger , for something silky soft and soothing To the scalp .I don’t give out information about things usually.It’s a 10 , does truly WORKS.

I tried other brands just because I like to ensure I am using the best product for my hair. My hair has natural wave, but I flat iron it straighten it every day. I don't wash my hair every day and this helps my hair retain its style and decrease friz. I went back to it because other products just didn't measure up. I would call this a smoothing balm, anti-frizz and styling balm all in one. Great scent. I use two pumps in my wet hair before drying and styling. My hair is cut in a bob just for reference on how much I need to use each time.

To start off with - I'm an avid fan of the It's a 10 products so I'm rating the Silk Express Miracle line over other It's a 10 products. They are still far superior to supermarket or even salon quality products.I have been using the Silk Express Miracle Shampoo, Conditioner, and Balm as a total set for the last 6 weeks. Here is my impression of the set as compared to the Miracle with Keratin line of products:- Shampoo: The Silk Express shampoo is my favorite of the line as it creates much more of a lather than the Miracle Shampoo with Keratin. That's a big plus. However if you have dry hair, like me, you will prefer the way your hair feels after shampooing when using then shampoo with keratin. I wish the keratin shampoo lathered better, but I need to use less conditioner with it, and that's a big plus considering the cost of these products. 3 stars for the shampoo- Conditioner: To me a conditioner is the bread and butter of hair care. So this is the crucial piece for me. I found that when I used the Silk Express conditioner I needed to use much more than when I use the Miracle with Keratin conditioner. It's partially because my hair feels less dry after using the shampoo with keratin, and I think it's also because without the keratin the Silk Express is just an inferior conditioner. I went through twice as much conditioner in the same amount of time using the Silk Express and my hair didn't feel any better whatsoever. 2 stars for the conditioner- Leave-In Balm: The second most crucial part of my hair care regime is the leave-in smoothing balm. Here is where I stray from the It's a 10 line. I found that the It's a 10 Mircale with Keratin and the It's a 10 Silk Express balms performed about the same. They are both solid products and if I am leaving my hair wavy (which is rare) they do a decent job of keeping away the frizz. Not perfect, but decent. However if I am straightening my hair (which is most of the time) the BEST product on the market is Chi Silk Infusion. You can't go wrong with it. 3 stars for the balm but 5 stars for Chi Silk Infusion instead.FYI I have long, medium thick, color treated, wavy hair that is quite dry.
