Does this plug ground the generator?

this plug " grounds" the units plugged in back to the generator, to actually " ground " the generator, you will need to drive in a "ground stake" deep into the earth, usually made of copper, some say eight feet deep, I put in a ground stake for my shed, it's about four feet in the earth, been in for years now, seem to be ok,

No. This to connect tv plug to a 30a generator plug. To connect two tv plugs together you need to get an rv to rv coupler or just get a cord and make an extension cord, female tv end and other end male tv end
