This is supposed to be Arch Support?
This is hands down the worst orthotic I've purchased from Powerstep. I have worn Powerstep since 2015 exclusively as it was the only thing that worked to ease my pain. I wore the prescription Powersteps until July 2017 when I had foot surgery. Then I switched to Pinnacle because the heal pad was too much on the prescription one. Those worked until last spring 2020. Then Powerstep changed their orthotics. NOT just the logo, the entire orthotic is junk. I have to change them every two weeks because the arches flatten out. I tried the Pinnacle Maxx and it took a day to adjust but I thought it was the solution. Very comfortable. But within two weeks the arches flattened out no better than a Dr. Scholls. I've gone through 3 pairs since New Year's Eve. I need a new pair so I read up and since I am overweight I thought to try the Wide Fit because that is recommended by Powerstep and it feela like walking in shoes without any added support. And extremely painful I might add. 4 hours into my 12 hour shift and I was done. Never have I ever had such an experience with Powerstep. They are extremely flimsy. Nothing about them suggests that they are strong enough to support people over 200lbs. These are the flimsiest Powestep I've had. I can bend the arch with my fingers.Powerstep, what have you done to the best insert ever made??? I depend on you. I NEED you. Please go back to the old way you made them. DO NOT tell me you didn't change anything because I KNOW you did. I keep my old inserts in case I ever have a delay in shipping and the new and old pairs feel different to my hand, and also look different and not just the logo. The new insert with the new logo has the exact same stock number as the old one. My local shoe store sells the Pinnacle and I have bought from them often. I brought my old box and inserts in and showed him that they were different and he agreed with me 100% that the insert is not constructed the same. He has owned that dtore for 40 years and knows his stuff. My old insert had a higher arch than the new ones did and a much much more firmer construction.I have bought a new pair of Powersteps every 4 to 6 weeks since 2015. I have several painful foot deformities so I need to change them that often, and Powerstep have saved me. But now I am very Unhappy. I am a very worthy buyer to keep. I have talked you up to everyone. I buy people their first pair and they become loyal. I've done that for 8 coworkers because I know the importance of good support to prevent some of the issues I aquired because I never use to have good support. My mom and sister too.Trust me when I and all longtime, loyal Powerstep customers know you changed how they are made. The reason isn't important but we need them back to the way they were. I will have to go through the painful process of finding a new insert otherwise. I am not paying 40 bucks every 2 weeks. I was pissed I had to do it every 4 to 6 to begin with. And yes, I have had several orthotics made for me that have cost me thousands but my feet are too tender for those hard plastic inserts. Neuromas, and blisters and painful callouses have convinced me to stick with my Powersteps. But no more. I want an honest reply from the company. Please tell me why it changed and will you be going back? I've read many reviews of people complaining that Powersteps were too hard but don't change for people who have already left you! Stay the same for those who've stuck by you.Months ago I left a message never returned asking what insert of yours I could try that could replace the Pinnacle because it had changed. I am a valuable customer. Treat me like one. Also, I read all the reviews about you not taking returns and I still ordered the Wide Fit that is how desperate I am to find something to help me. It was a gamble that didn't pay off, and I do not blame the company for no returns because I fully knew that I couldn't.

Gotta get these
got these from my boyfriend and it was a great find his back. Pain is better and his feet aren’t hurting as much if at all. I’ll be ordering some for myself.

Work well with 4E width
These keep me walking for miles comfortably. They are perfect for my shoe size width of 4E.

They make my old sore feet feel good again
What else could you ask for if your feet hurt? 10.5x5E I get 5-7 months of use out of a pair. Keeping the inside of your boots clear of debris (lint/sand/pebbles) can help them last a little longer, but that is hard to do with hard-working jobs...

Don’t hurt- fit very well
So we read some reviews complaining about how these inserts hurt and a problem with durability. Neither of these statements were true for us. My husband has flat as a pancake feet. His podiatrist custom made inserts and he had blisters from the usage. He could only stand them for limited exertion - a mile max. They were expensive. $250. Powerstep $40 fit perfectly the first time and he has been wearing them for 5 hours while walking and biking. They are still comfortable with no complaints. And compared to podiatry custom made inserts we can afford several more and still walk with comfort. They are durable too.

Great Insole
It is hard to find a wide fit insole so glad to come across these. The size/fit is spot on even with the width. I up it on a 10.5 EEEE shoe and the 10-10.5 fit it perfectly. These have a moderate arch support which is perfect for me. High arch gives me foot problems. This doesn't take up too much room in the shoe like so many others. One thing I really like about it is nothing from the bottom configuration of the insole comes through to your foot. So many insole manufactures go crazy with all this bottom stuff which pokes through either right off the bat or later.
