The reason why I like this pasta is because it tastes so good. It looks like pasta and does not break up after cooking. There is no after taste and you can cook it however you like. I made penne with vodka sauce, mac and cheese, alfredo and pasta salad. This is now my go to pasta and I reorder quite alot. I normally get for myself and my daughter.Chick peas, rice and peas pasta cannot be compared to this quinoa pasta. Andean Dream keep making this pasta so I can eat pasta.

I received 3 boxes of pasta together in a plastic wrap. when I removed the outer wrap, 2 of the boxes were sealed closed (with that cardboard mechanism where you gently rip the top open) and the pasta inside was sealed in a plastic bag. This is also how they come at the store. One of the boxes had been blatantly opened, and the re-close mechanism was tucked into itself. inside the box, the pasta sat freely without a bag. what's disturbing is, someone opened the box, opened the bag, dumped the pasta in the bag and reclosed the box. what was their intention and what else might they have done to it? I definitely don't feel safe eating it, even though it was very expensive.

It’s challenging to find gluten-free pasta without corn. I was so happy to find this one. The taste and texture is fantastic. It doesn’t get mushy like some gf pastas. This is hands down my favorite brand for pasta. My only wish is it came in a penne shape. If they make it, I haven’t been able to find it. But I can make due with these shapes just fine

I try and eat low carb but as an Italian, I miss my weekly pasta. I make this every week and find it does not spike my blood sugar and tastes great.

Love this product. My daughter is gluten and dairy free and this pasta is the closest to the wheat ones. Is so tasty and great consistency! Will purchase as long as they sell it!

Pasta tastes good; however, be careful don't over cook or over stir because the pasta is delicate.

This pasta is the only kind I’ve eaten (and I’ve tried all kinds) that tastes like normal semolina pasta but is made gluten free with a high protein count. Excellent. Sent some to my children for them to try.

I love these products. I am allergic to wheat, so any time I can substitute another grain I am happy. Andean Dream Quinoa pastas are the only ones I can make for me that my son will also eat. I try to cook them a little al denté, which is even better. I do not taste any graininess either, which is a problem with the rice-based pastas.
