While these pads did do what they were supposed to, and never shifted when wearing them, they are not reusable unfortunately…. Once u remove them to shower they do not restick the same way as before so I returned them as they become an expensive one time use.

Maybe I should give these 5 stars. I didn't because they stick so well, if you don't apply them in the correct spot, you can't really pull them up to reapply them somewhere different. Mine are in my golf shoes. I walk 18 holes and carry my bag. These are providing the support between the balls of my feet that I wanted and needed.
