Great product. Easy to use
I've been using this McCormick Gourmet Bruschetta Seasoning for years and lately could not find in stores. I was happy to find it on amazon. There are recipes on container and on McCormick site. The Chicken pasta recipes is great. My family loves it.

Good for KETO using White cream sauce or Butter/Olive Oil Sauce
UPDATE: 12/29/21. 5 Star-- Bought 2 more bottles after this first one. Son puts it on popcorn w/ spray Olive Oil or organic butter. We use it on my Pizza Chicken -> butterfly B/S chickenBreast, sprinkle on Bruschetta & fry both sides to brown in frypan. Cover ea. ChickenBreast w/pepperoni slices & top w/Mozzarella ea. in pan, place on lid, lower heat to finish cooking. Can add some jar of no added sugar spaghetti sauce around chicken. Serve w/Keto garlic cheesebread and salad. Buy some: you won't regret it, very versatile! --Received full container Oct. 2018, and expiration/"best by" date of March 2020. --For KETO/Adkins/Low Carb: 2 tsp. Equals 3 total carbs, though some is fiber so more like less than 2 net carbs. Even using 4 tsp. in a whole recipe that those few carbs are spread throughout the dish, so a serving would yield a small portion of that total. For KETO diets we are limited on tomatoes due to their sugar content, so this would be better used for a high fat butter and heavy whipping cream cream sauce, with small amount of sprinkles of Xanthum Gum (for warm foods, Guar Gum is for cold foods) whisked into cooking sauce to thickness desired, and adding Parmesan Cheese to create a no flour Alfredo or Bechemel Sauce. Check for KETO Alfredo or KETO Bechemel Sauce recipes online. --I include labels of this product since the page does not have it displayed. There is no MSG/monosodium glutamate = YAY! :>D --Please forgive the light/missing letters of Nutrition Facts area as some dim bulb brain trust put a newer sticker bar code product label pasted over the McCormick product label. As if they couldn't put it anywhere else on the bottle...really? One star/ding off for covering label information. --Smells and tastes delicious, and so far have used in Keto Alfredo Sauce, on roasted meat, into hamburgers, into meatballs, and plan to make a dip for holidays to use with pork rinds, celery sticks, and wanting to try in a cheesy Sauce for over Broccoli or Cauliflower. This might also be good to flavor chicken or turkey broth for a soup...and leftovers? --Final note before KETO followers attack me for recommending something that lists Cane Sugar...it is down on list at number 8 ingredient AND total carb count is ssoooooo low per serving the amount is very, very small. Another benefit here is that nonGMO CANE sugar was used rather than just saying "sugar" which usually means the GMO bad Beet sugar and when food makers start hiding their full name ingredients it is the consumer that will walk away from purchasing as we will assume the deleted info is held back as it is a bad ingredient we would reject. --Use your imagination with this or any spices to give your food flavor, as this makes things interesting. --Too bad this is not sold in stores or at Costco or Sams, etc. More and More food, needs are disappearing from Walmart or Target or grocery stores shelves. This forces us to buy food at retailers like Amazon. --arrived intact and on time. Recommend.

Delicious in so many ways!
I used to buy this at Costco, but they stopped selling it. I mostly use this to make Italian Toast...Glob butter on slices of bread and sprinkle this McCormick Gourmet Bruschetta seasoning mix on top then put in the air fryer for about 5 minutes...until the butter is bubbly and it STARTS to brown...so delicious! I also will sprinkle it in my pasta sauce for added flavor...especially if you only have cheap sauce, just add some of this to boost the taste. Use sparingly at first to find how much you like as it can be too salty if used excessively. It seems expensive, but it lasts me a long time and it well worth the price!

I Use This In Homemade Bread
Besides adding this mix to marinades and other dishes, I use it in making bread. My husband loves to have a thick slice of bread with dinner. He butters the bread and tops it with grated Parm cheese and then toasts it until the top is a nice crusty light brown. He was buying bakery Ciabatta bread which was a little pricy so decided to give bread making a try. Bottom line, after some experimentation, I found that making a basic bread recipe in my bread machine with a heaping tablespoon of this Bruschetta seasoning mix added, produced a bread my husband loves. He says it's so much better than any of the bakery breads he's tried so now I make a loaf every two weeks. I slice it up and freeze the slices. He just pops a slice out, tops it with his butter and cheese and pops it in the air fryer for about 4 mins.

Best Italian Seasoning Blend on the Market!
I first had a sample of this at Costco which was added to a can of diced tomatoes, served on a slice of Italian bread. I was hooked and so sad that Costco did not carry it long at a store near me. Ended up ordering on Amazon because I love it so much so I paid more for it, but well worth it. You can use a lot easily as it is great in spaghetti sauce, lasagna, etc. Highly recommend!
