Many feel this is good for reducing Inflamation
I have been using this in drinks and cooking to reduce inflammation. Did it do any good? I am not sure but it had no bad side effects and it does not have a strong taste so easy to take in drinks or on eggs or fried potatoes for breakfast.

They seem to help & compliment other supplements
Love turmeric and pepper together. Taking it with flax seed oil which helps reduce very uncomfortable hot flushes from 10 a day to under 5 tolerable ones. Well...so far...they have been working for me.
