ZWILLING Spirit Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set, 10-pc, Stainless Steel

I’ve wanted this set for a few years, ever since one of the houses we stayed in while on vacation had them in their kitchen. They have been sitting in my Amazon cart waiting for the price to drop and Prime day this year was it. Normally $450 for $278, I couldn’t pass that up. They are very well made and crafted, we have a knife set from the same company so I knew they were going to be awesome. They are also stainless steel and ceramic so none of that toxic stuff my old ones had. I love that I can cook whatever on them and nothing sticks!! Easy to use, easy to clean, and I love the blue gray color!

This is great cookware. My wife and I decided to get cookware that was PTFE and PFOA free. After reviewing several options, we chose the Henckels and retired our Calphalon. These pans are a bit heavier than the Calphalon, but not so much that adjustment was difficult. Within a week I did not notice the different. The handles are similar to our Calphalon and we like them. They do not overheat and it is easy to control the pans with them. We have not used everything in the set, but have been cooking with the Thermolon for about a month. 1. Heating is even, and the response to flame changes is very quick for stainless. 2. The non-stick is the best I've used and we had had a variety of pans over the years. This morning I cooked two eggs sunnyside up and when they were done I just tipped the pan to slide them onto my plate. 3. They are easy to clean. I use a soft brush and a little soap with hot water, but that is my squeaky clean side. If I'm in a hurry I use the sink sprayer and spray out debris with hot water and wipe them with a paper towel. It cleans them perfectly. So far, this is easily the best cookware we have ever owned.

A good value at 259.99. Performs well with stickiness, seems to durable (but haven't had it for long), looks extremely slick and clean, and performs well for the time I've had them. Time will tell if their durability lasts.

Wonderful set - cooks evenly, clean-up is a breeze. Lids fit well, and the rims are so easy to pour from. Fried an egg with no oil/fat and it didn't stick. You won't be disappointed with this set. Only problem is they pack one lid on top of the 2qt sauce pan and it scraped/scratched the nonstick. I was pretty upset about that so I ordered an exchange - same problem but not as bad with that set, so I kept it. Figured they all would be that way... the company should pack their products better for this price. ****Edit, after one year of use:*** these pans don't hold up. Eggs stick regularly to the frying frying pans. I have to scrub with baking soda to get them to even look clean. I washed these dishes by hand for the first 2 months, but then started washing in the dishwasher on top rack only. Maybe the dishwasher did this, but since they say they are dishwasher safe, and I took the effort to use only the top rack it shouldn't matter. I still like the set, but I am terribly disappointed - when paying this much for a set I hoped it would hold up longer than a year. Honestly, I'm no better than just buying a set at Walmart with these results.

I first got these when I got married. 10 years later, they still hold up. They are heavy, means durable. Season them when you first get them, we did not season the first set. Goes from stove top to oven. Gas, electric, or the plug in burner, works on so much cooking stations. This is a 10 pan set. We bought a bigger pot, and the bigger frying pan separately. We dont use metal in it at all, and if heated up properly, it is great at the no stick.

Purchased these because we purchased a $5000 induction range and older pans would not function on new range. Finish coming off on entire set. Bad customer service on warrentee . Provided image's, but expect me to send entire set back for inspection and expect us not to be able to produce meals. Save your money

Handles do get hot, use a oven mitt. Otherwise very happy with this cookware!

These pots and pans are the nicest set I’ve ever owned. I have always had non-stick pans and have put off buying stainless steel for fear of cleaning/keeping them nice, even though I REALLY don’t like non-stick chemicals. Now I wish I had switched years ago! It is so easy to use them in non-stick fashion: put them on the heat for a half a minute or so, then add a swirl of regular olive oil (not extra virgin). Once the pan bottom has a layer of evenly distributed oil that looks shimmery, you’re ready to cook! They clean up just fine. If I do get a bit of cooked-on stuff, like meat drippings or egg bits, I just soak soapy water in it for an hour or so. No issues thus far—they are as clean and beautiful as when I first unboxed them. Follow those steps, and you’ll have no problems. My only complaint is that they’re significantly heavier than non-stick pans, but I’m happy to lift a more substantial pan knowing it isn’t full of Teflon chemicals.
