More Energy no bloating
I love this product. No bloating and I really have more energy before going to the gym. I drink it with hot water and my green tea

Didn't bloat!
I was a little nervous to try this because I always heard some creatine products make you feel bloated. But I started of small with this creatine with just 1/2 a scoop for a week. And no bloat or discomfort. I increased it to the full scoop the following week and still no bloat. So I really do recommend this product. I usually take it after working out. And I drink as much water as possible through out the day as well. Definitely recommend 10/10!

Overall, a good product.
Works well, I see muscle growth. Dissolves well. I don’t love the taste, but creatine doesn’t really taste well to begin with. I add my electrolytes to it to help with the taste. No stomach up east at all. Overall good value, easy to use, good ingredients.

Won’t dissolve
I don’t understand the reviews that say it dissolves well. It has no taste but even with my frother it never dissolves. It looks like a scoop of salt sitting in the bottom of the glass & when you take a sip you crunch on it because it never dissolves. Disgusting.
