Really cute and well made. Packaged well and easy to put together. It’s a nice size and not too bulky or heavy. Really pleased with the quality and ease of assembly!

Love this product!! I bought it to donate to my daughter's preschool class. It is very sturdy and the perfect size for ages 3 and up. I love that the round doors open like a real washer/dryer, but that it also opens like a cabinet for storage purposes and whatnot. Only complaint is that the instructions aren't exactly clear on which screws to use. There are 2 different color screws, ones that are the color of the outside of the toy and others that are just silver colored screws. They are labeled the same in the instructions and on the packaging, but they are the same size. I would just suggest paying close attention to using the correct ones, otherwise you could accidentally use the brown ones on the inside and be stuck with the silver ones for the exterior, which just looks kinda ugly. It's simple to swap them though, so really not a big deal at all. Very simple to assemble altogether, it took me about 30-40 minutes by myself.

This KidKraft Laundry Set is still going strong after starting with a 3/almost 4 year old that's getting ready to turn 5 who is NOT easy on things. It has "washed" MULTIPLE loads of her baby dolls, LOL dolls, Barbie dolls & teddy bears clothing, has "washed" several stuffed animals, ironed anything she felt needed to be ironed including playdough & at one point I even found that she had stashed her favorite snack foods in both washer & dryer with a stuffed animal blocking the little windows just to keep others from getting her favorite snack foods 😀. I think it's a wonderful play set that's built very well, has withstood the antics of a toddler & hasn't been ruined in any way even with me having to clean it often (I do not use any abrasive cleaning supplies that could take finish off or scratch it up in any way). We've enjoyed the KidKraft Espresso Laundry Set so much we're thinking about purchasing another one for our second home if she decides that's what she wants. If you're thinking about purchasing this item I say go for it & you won't be unhappy!

The kids absolutely loved this ! Easy to put together ! Easy instructions! Durable! Kids had allot of fun!

Note: I would have given this 3.5 to 4 stars if it hadn't broke during assembly. UPDATE: From 3 stars to 3.5 stars for excellent customer service and a repaired product. They sent the replacement piece, it arrived quickly, it assembled without breaking this time, and I haven't had any trouble with it since (it's been a while now). Original Review: First, I do like the style of this set. I would have likes it better in that retro Aqua blue color we got the kitchen in, or in a white and tan version, as I don't love the colors of this. However, it's cute. Features I love: The iron. The chalk board. The clicking knobs. Features I wish it had: a way to "tumble" the clothes. A piece of chalk included. The rumble feature could be achieved by making adding a "tub" that is attached to the window pieces and a knob in the window piece. Spin the knob around the circumference of the window and the tub would spin. So barring the REAL issue I had (more on that in a moment) I do think this is worth 3.5-4 stars and with the tumble feature added and a nicer color selection would have been worth 5. So why only 2 stars? Well, nothing lined up right the whole time I was putting it together. But everything I finished screwing in, it seemed to right itself. Until I was putting in the last bolt. At that time, the wood splintered (will add picture to customer images). That would have made it 1 star for some, but I was able to spackle it closed and since it was only 1 bolt, it still holds together and is usable. I am hoping kidkraft will send me replacement parts. I would need pieces 5 (top board) and A and B to fix this. I will update this review if they provide me the pieces. My advice would be to make sure everything lines up even if you have to take apart and reassemble. I'm not sure if that would fix it, but worth a shot to not have it break! This was one of the easier kidkraft products to assemble, ironically, aside from the part where it broke at the last minute ;) My older daughter is already having fun pretending to do laundry and iron clothes. UPDATE #1: I called customer service. They were neither exceptionally pleasant nor unhelpful or unkind. They are sending me the replacement parts and did not give me any fuss over doing so. At no cost to me. That was the correct action. I don't need customer service to be overly sweet. They were efficient. I will update again once I receive the replacement parts on how the second attempt goes and any tips I may come up with at that time. In the meantime, I am upgrading the rating to 3 stars in good faith.

It looks exactly like the picture. You are paying for quality and my 2 year old absolutely loves it. It takes a couple hours to assemble if you are being thorough. PAY ATTENTION to the color of the screws. Some are plain silver and others are colored to match the exterior of the toy. I learned the hard way. It was not stated on the directions. The directions were clear and can be understood. I laid out and organized all of the pieces before I started. That simplified it. It is fairly easy to assemble but it is time consuming. Worth the time!

I put this together the night i got it to make sure everything was there and nothing was banged up, it’s now put away until Christmas, I like the look of it, I like how sturdy it is. I love that he has the mini chalk board, and can open the washer/dryer and turn the knobs! I wish the inside looked more realistic, and maybe if there was a spinning function. But overall this product has pleased me and I’m excited to give it to my son Christmas morning :)

My toddler absolutely loved getting this for her birthday! Good quality, very sturdy. Not overly colourful or noisy. My daughter is sensitive to sounds but she's also obsessed with washing machines so it was a no brainer to get this for her! This gift was a total win. Highly recommend. :)

My toddler loves this washing machine and dryer. He has others but prefers this one! Great tool pack and instruction diagrams. It took me about an hour to assemble with my toddler’s assistance. Great pretend play toy. I had to secure it to the wall as can easily topple over when toddler pulls on the top door or attempts to stand with foot on bottom shelf. Tends to be unsteady on carpet compared to a hard floor. Either way, would recommend secure it to the wall. It has holes in the back boards that I used to secure it to the walls great neutral colours.
