Why couldn't you put a candle inside it? I don't see why one couldn't use it with a tiny fire inside and melt scented wax in the tiny pot.

Actually you can put tea light candles inside! It's actually pretty amazing because I actually tried cooking with the stove and it works! A small flame is actually safe for the mini pot because it's just like any cast iron pan, you can also bake in it. :)

What is it's output in BTUs and what size stove pipe is needed for the chimney?

Considering the very popular mini cooking trend, I can't tell if this is a serious question or not. Pretending that it IS, I can tell you that the chimney on this thing is not functional, but there are other openings throughout the stove that work for ventalation when you put candles in it as the heat source. I have no answer on the BTU. I'd imagine it's rather small :)

Yes. If not very similar. Using the stove we were able to cook real food.

Is this for a doll? If so what size doll? Would it fit American girl doll?

The dimensions are roughly 8x6x6 a bit.bigger but not.much so depending on the size of.your American doll it is cast iron so it is heavy so if you are getting this for a doll house check the weight first
