Saw a difference after 3 months.

Excellent product!
As a senior, my hair became coarse and it started to thin out especially at the crown. Later my nails started to split. When I started taking this product "GNC Hair, Nail and Skin Advanced" I noticed my nail becoming stronger mending the split, my hair has thickened and is full and my skin is smoother with less wrinkles. My nails becoming healthier was a huge plus by the 1st month! I highly recommend the "advanced" product to anyone experiencing similar issues but check with your doctor before doing so.
