What would be the advantage of pressurized tank like this over one that you would just pour out?

pretty heavy to lift and pour out. this one you just roll up to the disposal container and empty. just that easy

When pressurizing the tank, does air leak from the coupling where the tube enters the tank? Is there an o-ring or seal to keep it form leaking air?

Well I'm not sure but I used Teflon tape around mine and it's fine that way no leeks

No it does not have a sight gauge but you can see how full it is by looking at the clear hose .
