This is nice high quality and balanced vinegar
I recommend this Greek red wine vinegar as a reasonably priced vinegar of high quality and great for greek salad dressing and marinades. It has a beautiful smell, a nicely balanced taste that is not overly acidic. I make my own dressings and find most store bought RW Vinegars are too strong or very acidic. This is perfect. It came packaged in lots of layers of bubble wrap protected well from breaks or leakage.

I always look for 6 % acidity in red wine vinegar. The taste is very smooth without a strong sour taste.I hope the prices don’t go up dramatically.
