The reason I didn't rate it higher is because I simply don't know. I bought my disabled brother a cell phone - at his request - a few years ago. It became more challenging when his caretakers didn't know how to properly help him when we wanted to talk. (I am in Arizona - he is in Indiana.) My biggest challenge was that he cannot physically hold a phone - especially a cell phone with disconnect buttons on the side. So, one of his caretakers thought she could help him with a headset. Since I bought him the Great Call phone, I looked for a Great Call compatible headset. Well, it works - as long as someone will help him set it up. He has a caretaker that can do this for him, so when she is there, it works great for us. This headset does do the job it is intended to do - whatever your intent for its use is.
