Is the actual weight only 1 pound?

It’s more than 1!pound, I never actually weighed it. However, it works very well with an oxygen tank installed. Very easy to manage, lots better than lugging a tank. Can’t do without it.

Is there a size B carrier on wheels available?

Our product only has Size D or E wheels available.

Is the upper bracket height adjustable? Thank you.

The handle is adjustable to height, but the upper bracket is welded in place
