New Star Foodservice 58628 Stainless Steel Rose Pattern Dinner Knife. These match a pattern that's used in a restaurantwhere I spend time rolling flatware and had more forks than knives. They are a good weight and are easy to handle and we have had no complaints from the customers.

Good for everyday use
I ordered this to supplement our daily silverware we have had for 15 years. The quality is okay....pretty lightweight, but honestly, for the price, it is to be expected. Great for everyday use.

Not a good quality
The knives were a bit to jagged for butter knives. Then after I washed, dried, put them in the drawer and went to use them later on... I noticed several of them got weird (rust) spots on them and had to be thrown in the garbage.😞
