This great almond flour and works really well baking cookies and cakes. Price is quite reasonable but the bag goes fast.

Best for recipes. Maya is a recipe developer so this makes sense! By far the best results for baking and other recipes, even cocktails. No aftertaste in liquids (like Stevia) I have purchased this several times. Well worth the $$ for consistent results.

Great texture
