Best I've ever owned. Used it for my granddaughters track meet and she broke (3) long time standing track records in the 100. 200 and long jump. No it doesn't measure distance. If you are serious about times in the 1000th of a second this is the one for you. Feels good in your hand and easy to operate. Not waterproof but you can use it in the rain.

After a while I figured out how to do the stopwatch with reset to zero. However, I can't fathom anything else. All the other functions are a mystery. Among other functions, there appears to be an alarm clock. It blasts off at 11:50 PM every night; turning it off, setting the time, setting clock, etc. alludes me. There also (from reading other reviews) I get the scoops about names some of the functions which may allude me. HELP! HELP! HELP! How can a presumably drop the ball by needing PhD to understand what the designer/programmer conjured up in a drug induced dream ???

Bought this for timing runs and drills for football. Accurate, easy to use, metal, not flimsy plastic. Take your time getting to know the buttons. Read the instructions. This is a nice piece. Speed and timing are everything when documenting for college and more so for NFL. Everything else is on the player. I wanted a nice stopwatch. It has weight. Truly a decent price. You cannot pull it out of the box and just go. You need to understand those buttons. You want accuracy from the person controlling the stopwatch too in order for there to be true accuracy. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.

Overall the stopwatch is ok. I use it while playing curling matches 🥌. Key things to understand (and I did when buying) are: it’s metal and heftier than a cheaper plastic kind, it has a lap function and recall option.Challenges: 1) the start/stop button has been sticking just 1 month into owning it. I’ve had to put watch oil on it since I’m just outside of the return window. Given I use it 1-2 times a week, I’d say look elsewhere if using regularly. 2) turning off the button noise was frustrating. It turns out you just need to hold down the top left button but after many google searches it apparently comes down to the year/model.Overall, it’s an ok stopwatch and when it works does what I needed it to. Disappointed in having to keep unsticking the primary button though. I would’ve returned if I could’ve.

I love how it takes on strides while allowing spilts and times.I need a top notch timer to make sure I have right runners in correct positions.I was nerveous when I opened it as it was in another language. But in page 8 all English, thank goodness. Easy set up and happy timing

Love this little stop watch. it's much heavier than the plastic junk, but it's nice looking and works perfectly. accurate to .000 digits. So far so good. now if i can only figure out how to change the battery. By the way does anyone know how to change battery?

Pros:Solidly built and seems to work fine. Automatic turnoff. Lots of functionality.Cons:No backlit or night illumination. Will it still work it you drop it?? How weather resistant is it??Description said 2 AAA which is false. Also, replacing the battery can only be done with a special watch screwdriver which scratches the stainless steel. Try replacing the battery on the road or in the dark??

This stopwatch has a solid feel while in your hand. It looks really impressive and was beautifully packaged.I'm still learning the functions of this stopwatch but what I have experience so far with one practice it meets expectations. I was so impressed that I just purchased another one as a gift for my track coach mentor.
