Love these biscuits. Easy to make and gluten-free. The flavor is really good.

Good flavor especially since it's gluten free

as a diabetic that was put on a gluten free diet and finding a good source of a starch low in sodium and moderate carbs that tastes good was hard. Most gluten free flour gives me stomach cramps—this one does not and tastes great. I use the Boreen colby jack shredded cheese and make great chicken in dumplings with fat free lactose free half and half and a few peas and carrots. Meets the FOD diet needs!

If you are gluten free and want a great packaged bisquit mix.....this is the one to buy! Flaky, moist and great taste, just the ones in Red Lobster. Mu daughter is GF and we are very picky about GF products. We have used this many times.

Not exactly healthful, but a very tasty treat. We prefer to add a little extra shredded cheese and fresh herbs to the dry mix before adding the cold water and combining. Very simple mix. Nice versatility to press and cut with a round glass or biscuit cutter and make about 6 good biscuits to slice when cooled and make a breakfast sandwich. They have a nice texture. Of course there’s nothing like homemade for quality and value, but this serves well for a quick easy purpose.I think it’s possible that an early contributor may have accidentally ordered the regular biscuit mix instead of the gluten-free. I was scrolling through the mixes, looking for a better price, and accidentally once ordered the regular mix instead of the gluten-free.

I can finally eat the rolls I've been missing!!! Shipping took forever, but worth it!
