How much does it cost to return?

They sent me the wrong color and I had to pay for shipping. . Amazon's a-to-z buyer protection covered me but still they were not helpful at all you do not want to buy from these people I had nothing but problems from start to finish and then constant phone calls and emails after the fact about the feedback that I left

Can the legs be switched out easily?

The legs are bolted into specific locations. You’d either have to match that pattern exactly or do some investigative work making sure the new legs can be attached to the frame

My futon didnt come with anything to put the arms on so i just layed them on the couch....am i missing parts???

You’re not missing anything, it’s basically 2 pillows. I have them the same way.

How many inches from legs to bottom of futon ?

It very low to the floor. I’m guessing about a little off 12 inch off the floor.
