only thing is, because my hands are fairly large, this feels like a small. not that it matters that much, but when garnishing its much more efficient to use these kinds of tools.quality is on point. value for the money is awesome.

Superb long tweezers
These work very well. They are hard to find. I teach Chemistry and they are great for picking things out of large bottles. They will easily and firmly pluck eyebrows, nose hairs, etc. Superb tweezers.

Just a touch too long
Love the color, weight, and utility. I got these because in large nicer kitchens, young cooks all have the same jb prince tweezers and sticky fingers. These are just a little too long. They take some adjusting to. The don’t fit in apron pen pockets or chef jacket pen pockets so that makes them slightly inconvenient. They don’t really become a part of body.
