I ordered 3 30x20 prints. One with our company logo and two other high res photos thru a great photographer friend. We were both very impressed with the prints. The quality is fantastic and the price is great.However, if you're ordering more than one print and intend to hang these aligned at the top, be advised that the wood slat with the screw slots were not uniform in my 3 prints. That is, the dimensions from the top of the prints to the wood slats were all different. Thus, instead of sighting one level line for all three, each print had to have the screws in the wall set at a slightly different height in order for the top of the prints to align. What should have taken me 15 minutes or so ended up taking almost an hour plus math. Also, the screw slots arent perfectly centered with the center of the frame, so, more math.Everything else was excellent, from the ordering with special instructions, fast delivery, great packaging and really good seller response, thus, still meriting 5 stars.

This photo was not what I hoped for. It is not bright or striking in color. The picture is clear but dull. I wish this company would put a lighter colored backing on their photos. If held up to the light, the beautiful brightness of the picture shines thru just around the edge where the black backing ends. The black backing dulls the picture.

Just received my 30X20 Acrylic . I had no Idea what I was doing ? down loaded a snapshot, ( they let you know if it will work or not ! Pixels ) My Sunset Ocean photo came out so sharp and clear, I was blown away !just beautiful. So easy and fast, Only a week turnaround . Under a hundred bucks !! Can't beat that !

I ordered 2 acrylic versions of the same picture and they were great, which included delivery in a timely fashion. Unfortunately mine warped after about a month. This was *not* the company's fault. I live in New Orleans and rarely turn on my AC, which means the high humidity finds its way into my apartment.And, according to "The Information Superhighway": Regular acrylic will warp under any heat or any humidity regardless of what you use it for.And that is what happened to my picture. I got in touch with the company *after* the return period had expired and they helped me without hesitation. They apologized (and said they had heard about this problem in other high-humidity areas) and immediately sent me a glass version of the same picture - which they assured me would not warp.So, like I said in the heading: the product and customer support was great!

I love this picture frames and I love the acrylic option. I have already bought three of this and I have gifted each one of them on birthdays. This is a really good gift option since it has great quality and it’s not that expensive. It’s really hard to find acrylic options in this price.

I'm a professional landscape photographer that deals mostly with local fine art labs, so I know what 'fine art' capable technology can deliver. I've had both metal and acrylic prints made from Picture Wall Art, and while the metal prints lacked the quality of high end metal prints (theirs are gritty and not glossy by comparison to professional metal prints) the acrylic print I just had made was difficult to distinguish from the expensive pro lab acrylic that cost 3x as much. My only minor gripe would be their lack of profile makes things a little off, but for basic sRGB submitted pictures, which most consumers deal with, it's to be expected and does the job. A bigger gripe is when you upload a picture you aren't given an option just to have a borderless print and have to fiddle with cropping controls which I guess 99% of people just want a borderless print and the lab here just prints borderless anyways. Only reason they don't get 5 stars.
