Batteries are an easy solution, rather than devices with internal charging solutions. I prefer not having batteries to replace, and like having things I can charge. :)

Q: What's the purpose of this? How do you use it ? And what does it do ?

It helps take off the top layer of dead skin. It makes my skin much more smooth. It also helps to minimize pores. There is a step 1 that goes along with it, but I just use baking soda with it sometimes. Same results, just baking soda dries your skin out. The 'how do you use it' is pretty simple, you push the button that makes it spin. You then gently press it to your skin... I use it for my face, neck, shoulders.
