Oh, I do sleep better on this thing. I"m taking 3 before bedtime No stomach problems, even if I take on an empty stomach it's al good!

Having researched good & bad magnesium, this product definitely has the elements needed without harsh side effects. Cramping in my legs & feet are reduced significantly when using this supplement 3 times daily.

My PCP suggested taking magnesium due to supposedly the latest nutritional studies, yada, yada, & that we do not get enough of this mineral in our diet. I didn't go with the brand he recommended so I just went randomly w/ this one. So far no changes as to the quality of my sleep but I've just barely started taking these. It seems to be curbing my appetite though, so maybe I don't feel as drained as usual...
