Great supplement to get all of your magnesium supplements in one pill! I didn’t not find these pills hard to swallow even though they are bigger big improvement in sleep and energy. I find that with regular use these are very effective

My PCP suggested taking magnesium due to supposedly the latest nutritional studies, yada, yada, & that we do not get enough of this mineral in our diet. I didn't go with the brand he recommended so I just went randomly w/ this one. So far no changes as to the quality of my sleep but I've just barely started taking these. It seems to be curbing my appetite though, so maybe I don't feel as drained as usual...
