Elite Montessori Accessories Edged Rug Children Playing Mat Classroom Working Rug (Large)

I looked high and low for quality work rugs for my school-Foundation Montessori in Sunrise, FL. Even though I have bought these working rugs 15 years ago, I didn't think their quality had stayed the same, boy was I wrong. These rugs are durable and true to their name (Elite). They are made with quality cotton, durability and most important professionally made. I will NEVER buy work rugs from anyone or any place again. Thank you Elite for keeping your name true to the Montessori community.

These are great. I’ve used them daily in my toddler classroom for a year and they still look great no issues. We wash them every week or two on a normal setting and dry on medium or high heat. That hasn’t caused any issues. The small size is perfect for toddlers although you will want probably two or so larger ones as well for a classroom of 10 toddlers

My daughter loves this mat. She knows it as her activity mat. She loves to lay it out when we are working on activities such as science or counting etc.

I have absolutely been loving Elite Montessori materials and this work mat is no exception! The material is thick and it’s the perfect size for my almost 3 year old. There was a slight smell upon opening (I assume from being sealed in a package not getting air) but it was gone within a day. Highly recommend!

Great for my movable alphabet and proper letter spacing and structure modeling to transfer to writing. Cute and well made.

To be just slightly a fraction off from being elite. Just almost elite. Somewhere between elite and great. A few notches above the best but slightly under the best of the best.

This appears to be really good quality and I love how big it is. It is NOT 45" though. It was 45" before they folded over the edges to make the hem, but the end product is 43" wide. (The hem on either side is about 1"). ***If you are expecting the delivered product to be 45", you will need to look elsewhere.*** That said, I still love the mat and I have since ordered a second one. Overall, I do recommend this, but the company needs to be more accurate on their advertised dimensions.
