I have the most adorable fuzzy bunny who is now getting very old and can't take care of himself. He had the worst case of dinglberrys and matting that I have ever seen. Bunny's skin is very fragile and scissors risk cutting the skin. Regular people clippers just stop on the fuzz. I bought a professional pet clipper for over $100 with a standard no. 10 blade that very slowly cut through with a very unhappy rabbit kicking and squirming the whole time.and I couldn't get the job finished. This blade made short work of the mats and mess. No harm to the skin and the matting and mess gone. I now have a much happier and better smelling old bunny who should live a while longer in better condition

this is the first time i've owned professional style dog grooming clippers, and it's definitely taken some adjustment for me. i'm used to the clip on plastic guards, i've been using those on my old wahl clippers for over 7 years now. when these arrived i was kind of surprised at how pointy and sharp the tips of the guard are... definitely need to take care when im clipping to keep the angle such that it doesn't poke my dog.the blade removal is also a little tricky, but perhaps this will loosen up a little over time. putting new blades on works much better though. the quality of the blade definitely seem very good overall. and as long as i dont mess things up when im removing the blade, i think these should hold up well over time.im still learning how to use these clippers, but so far i'm satisfied. i have an australian shepherd with a thick under coat, and these blades with my new clippers have gotten through the mats in his butt much better than our old set of wireless clippers. because they are so firmly attached the clippers, i have a much easier time shaping his coat with these than the plastic guards for sure!overall i am happy with the purchase, i just wish they were a tiny bit blunter on the ends for safety.

Just received my order and wondering if I receive brand new blade, notice there is oil residue inside the package and all over the blade. Anyone receive the same condition?Edit:After a month of using it, somehow it’s very dull and not cut right underneath guard combs. Too bad my return window is over and I have to stuck with it. I will not buy blade from Amazon again and should listen to other reviews before purchase.

It took me a bit to figure out how to put this blade on. On the clippers, there's a little tab that folds up and down, and a button on the back of the clippers that releases it.The blades basically pry up at an angle then slip off. You do NOT have to use a screw driver on the screws to change it. You may have to use a tool to pry up the tab on the clippers once the old blade is off if you disassembled it with screw drivers....Otherwise the blades worked fine for me. Used it on a very shaggy Australian shepherd.

I have a Goldendoodle that constantly gets matted hair and it cuts through them.

I ordered two, and neither one can cut hair, literally. At all. They are completely useless.I was able to send them back, and the two replacement blades they sent me do work fine, so I updated the review from one to three star

This blade doesn’t even cut straight out of the box! Disappointing for a wahl product

I always use Whal blades. Never had problems before. Unfortunately these would not cut through the coat. I had to send them to be sharpened. No happy 😖
