A very easy to grab handlebar-like hold which also can act as a mat hanger. You can expect to fit a child's whole hand around the bar of this hold. For an adult sized hand, 3 full fingers can be expected.

I thought it would be a huge rung for 25 dollars for a single hold. significantly smaller than a "jug" from another company. nice quality though
