Good looking steps.
They appear strong and easy to install but I haven't had the time to install them yet. Hopefully this week.

Fashionable and functional with easy installation
Ordered these after I watched the installation video which was pretty easy. I use them to step on to get into my Jeep Grand Cherokee with a bad knee & hip. And they look good too!

Looks nice, good fit.
Took about an hour to install and adjust. My wife loves the running board. I hope they look good a year from now.

I wouldn't do it. They rust after 9 months.
Update: after seeing this review, the manufacturer reached out to me and completely took care of me.I bought these 9 months ago and they are starting to show some surface rust on some of the metal parts inlaid in the black plastic. When I go to contact Snailfly, the phone number is disconnected and the email bounced back. Yet, they still are selling on Amazon! Not to mention, one of the brackets has bent down and now it looks jacked up. They look cool but I don't recommend. Buyer beware.

Great product and excellent customer service!
I bought this as a present for my boyfriend. He loved it and immediately installed it. There was one missing bolt. I reached out to the seller and they immediately responded. They asked for a photo to make sure they replaced the correct part and even sent us extra!The running boards make it so much easier to get in and out and gives the vehicle a sportier look!

Weld did not hold
I have had these running boards on for a few months. However today the weld on the running board on the passenger side broke. The weld was not good. I had to pay to have it rewelded. I am not happy with the workmanship. What can you do about this?

Product arrived on time and the box was in good condition. These are nice looking running boards, and all of the hardware was there. There is a YouTube video of a guy installing these exact running boards on a 2018 Grand Cherokee. I would encourage you to watch it if you have any questions. It certainly cleared things up for me. After the video, it only took me a little over an hour to install these. I am very happy with them.
