The quality of this chair is not worth to the price paid. The plastic quality is poor and it makes noise when any seat adjustment is made and I always feel like something broken whenever seat is adjusted.It feels like slipping / sliding to the front as the size of the seat base is not enough and is very uncomfortable. I am not happy with the chair for the price paid.

Easy to assemble. Comfortable.Customer support is good, they were very prompt in assisting with the assembly when needed.Want to point out that 'adjustable back' means that the entire back+seat arrangement is adjustable, not the back itself, so when you adjust the back, the seat will also move such that the angle between back and seat will always be 90°. So of you're expecting to lay back horizontally in this chair, it's not gonna happen.The only drawback is the screws and nuts seem a bit rusted.

Reviewing after using it for a month. The chair is really good and comfortable. I would give 4stars to the quality and comfort. The only thing I didn't like was packaging. Yes, it was so bad and got tampered when I received it and there are scratches on the arms and other places because of poor packaging. It was packed in some refrigerator box which was teared.

I had to return this chair once because there was an issue with the mechanism. Even though the vendor is from Delhi, he agreed for the whole replacement, and this time he gave me an even better chair that suited my comfort. Very impressed by the quality of the chair and the service of the dealer.

I am using this chair from last 8 days. On that basis giving my review. Main problem is Thighs support is not good.Following is the rating out of 5 star:Thighs support: 3Back & head support:3.6Arm support:4.5Seat cover material:3.5 (chair seat cover is beat rough)Over all chair rating: 3.3

It's been almost 2 months since I got the chair. Got the chair as per the delivery date and no damage to the chair seen after unpacking.Assembly was very easy. An instruction paper is given and anyone can install it without any assistance.Working by sitting on the chair is very comfortable. Back support is very good and adjustable. Quality of the chair is also really nice.Customer support is also great. While installing I called up on a doubt and they helped me through a WhatsApp video call.

The product is good and easy to assemble, but the size specified in the description and the actual product is different. The size of the size is designed as the normal specification width is mentioned 27 inches it it no were nearer to that it is around 19 inches, If you are fat and looking for a big chair , I don't recommend this chair

Just bought this chair, after checking out all the chairs from different sellers, the chair is excellent, it has all the necessary features, the height is also very good, both Min and Max, at Min the height is suitable for folks who are less than 5 feet 5 inches, build quality is also good
