Lykke Driftwood Double Pointed Needles, 6 / 15 cm (1 US / 2.25 mm)

These are absolutely lovely, just enough point, great polished finish, Warm to the hand, and clearly size identified mid needle.I am so glad I ordered them, I was hesitant because Lykke circular needles have an incredibly awful cable.I truly wish I needed more double points because these have rapidly become my very favorite..

I love using the wooden Lykke needles and the DPNs are no exception. Sometimes wood is preferred so yarn doesn’t slip so easily. I have many Lykke brand knitting needles and love them.

Purchased for knitting socks and received promptly. Smooth surface so stitches slide easily between needles but not so slick to easily fall off. Also found the needles to be very sturdy with no fear of breaking when decreasing stitches. Size of needles clearly displayed in center of each needle. Very happy with purchase.

I love the feel of these needles - of all Lykke Driftwood needles. The finish is perfect, they are smooth and the perfect weight in my hand. I used to think ChiaoGoo needles were the best, and I do like them but they're having production problems and some of the tips are jagged, the point is slanted. I tried Lykke and now they're all I use, both their dpns and interchangeable needle sets.

These items are great for what I am using them for. They do feel like due to the thickness they could break easily. I expected that but they haven’t yet. Perfect sheerness and works well while I make my socks.

I ordered the dbl pointed 3 mm and received around Jan 10, 2022. I began working on my knitting project and about 4 weeks in one of the needles split right at the black attachment that’s on the middle of the needle. And wouldn’t you know it, it was right about the time the date closed to return the needles. I paid $14.00 and some change on these and now the price jumped to $17! I’ll need to search for the 3 mm bamboo ones, these are not very durable.

Noch schöner wären sie ohne den Plastikteil in der Mitte.

Schöne glatte Oberfläche, strickt sich sehr gut und sind einfach schön anzusehen.
