My favorite magnesium! Been taking for over a year and can tell a difference in sleep.

I found Pink Stork products a few years ago when I was in my 2nd pregnancy and having a realllllllly rough pregnancy. The daytime nausea was terrible for almost 18 weeks for my first pregnancy and I kept searching during my 2nd pregnancy... I came across pink stork and started using the teas for a while..they helped some and I was able to get around better 3rd pregnancy, I found their magnesium spray at 8 weeks pregnant and I was able to start feeling much better. I had totally forgotten about the teas from them too!! Prior to finding the spray and using that; I felt so discouraged because I had 2 young children I had to take care of and I was just miserable alll the time from being sick. I tried so many products prior to this one..but the spray made life so much better....I say all that to say this... These supplements have been nothing short of wonderful. The owner is such a gem. One time one of my sprays leaked in the mail..she mailed me 2 bottles in return with a sweet note. I love the fact that they unapologetically and unashamedly stand for what they believe in and I love that my products have been prayed over:)). I've seen such a beautiful difference in my anxiety/stress/energy levels and mental clarity in the last few days with these supplements. I was having trouble finishing my sentences some days and having a hard time remembering what I was saying if i had to stop to do something etc. Now mind you, sleep is important yes, but if you are taking care of a baby, sleep is not happening as much...so u do what you can to get though those first few months...I'm now 14 weeks postpartum and I have felt so great on these. I take them in the morning after bfast and I noticed after about 4 days, a major difference without thinking about it. I remembered to do something I mentally had made a note of 40mins prior, while changing the babys diaper, refilling the wipes and talking to my toddler. It then hit me...omgoodness, I remembered what I needed to do from 40mins ago and I was jugglings so many things when I made that note to self..I thought, this is great mental clarity, what's different!??. Then I remembered again, lol, I've been taking my supplements!! I understand everyone will benefit differently ..but for me, it was a major difference. My energy levels have been great and I'm tackling alot of things, honestly!! So give it a shot and see what your benefits will be. Recently just ordered this product and I’m loving it. I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality and relaxation. The ingredients are gentle on the stomach and support overall wellness. The capsules are easy to swallow. It’s a great addition to my daily routine. Pink stork is also one of my favorite wellness brands. Their products feel clean and effective.

This pill did the job for me. I was feeling plenty of tightness in my body when trying to move around or even turn my neck. My doctor recommended magnesium so I went to work searching. I came across these and they seemed to do the job, however, even after taking them for 30 days after missing one day the tension was there. It’s like dosage was enough for me daily but it didn’t build up a reservoir to keep me going while I waited for more. I’ve switched to another brand and I haven’t had that issue yet, so I’d cough it up to me being extremely low on magnesium and possibly needing something a bit stronger. However, I’d still recommend this for any pregnant or not.

I love this brand in general and this product didn’t disappoint!! I’m using it since I have been having poor sleep and this helps me but I take it an hour before bed, the pills have a good taste and smell and I love all the ingredients in there
