Bad quality - Hole in the middle
A hole in the middle started to appear after a year of use, as shown in photo. This is clearly an issue with quality as multiple reviews describe the exact problem, even since 2020. I have asked for an exchange/refund. The fact that it is past the refund window aside, the seller took no notice of my complaint with quality. Their incompetence to act on feedback and irresponsibility of the seller, greatly compromise the reputation of the seller. The audacity of them to sell defective products at £156 is shocking - this pan lasted only a fraction of what I expect the lifespan of a Japanese-made product to be.
