It's not rocket science, but sometimes I get drips and missed areas. It does make you feel very sticky as it's drying. I have learned to make sure I give myself ample time to dry and that i can run around the house for at least 30 minutes naked, before getting dressed. No towel, no robe, nothing touching the skin, for at least 30 minutes. I live in Florida and sometimes you are already sweating and you aren't even done getting ready. So if you live in a humid/muggy climate, you may want to do this at night, give yourself time to dry, and wear little to bed. I have showered, sprayed, dried in front of a fan, got ready for work; then at home when changing into something more casual from my office job or showering from a hot day of being self employed.... I've noticed with any under garments and especially socks(and work boots) that the tan doesn't stick in those areas. The color isn't absorbed into your clothing, not in my case anyways, but it isn't tan like you're other areas. I usually use every 2-3 days to stay with a decent tone. You will get dark orangey if you over spray on the same day or more in certain spots. IT WILL MAKE THE PALMS OF YOUR HANDS VERY BROWN SO ALWAYS USE GLOVES! ALSO, WEAR SOMETHING ON YOUR FEET, I SUGGEST FLOPS, BECAUSE THE BOTTOM OF YOUR FEET WILL GET VERY BROWN AS WELL! DO SPRAY IN SMALL SECTIONS, AS PRODUCT DRIES TO SKIN QUICKLY BEFORE YOU CAN RUB IT IN PROPERLY. Also, practice makes perfect and trial and error to your satisfaction. Would highly recommend. Even as a novice, like myself.

i’ve been using this since it came out in 2020. honestly such a good product. i’ve buy one every month to keep up with a nice glow throughout summer and winter. it doesn’t make you too dark but it helps keep up with a nice tan on top of your natural tan.

Let me start by saying: this stuff works. I sprayed it on, and within 2 hours, my legs looked like they had been personally blessed by the sun itself. Smooth, even, glowy — as if I had just stepped out of a vacation I definitely did not take. But let’s talk about the journey. First spray? I felt like a special‑effects artist misting down a celebrity before a red carpet. Ten minutes later? I was tiptoeing around my bathroom like a newborn deer, praying I wouldn’t accidentally brush my leg against anything and leave a bronze streak of evidence behind. Once it dried and started to bless my legs with that sunkissed bronze I only see on TV — *chef’s kiss*. My legs looked fantastic. Not orange, not streaky, not “I tried self‑tanner 2 hours ago and had no idea what I was doing.” Just… good. The only reason it’s not getting five stars is longevity. The glow is gorgeous, but it doesn’t last as long as I wish it would. By day two or three, my legs were like, “We’re done here,” and quietly returned to their natural state. Still, for (almost) instant confidence and a dramatic transformation that doesn’t require a tanning bed or a plane ticket to Maui, this is absolutely worth having on hand. Just give yourself time to dry, walk carefully, and enjoy your temporary goddess legs while they last.

I have tried all kinds of tanning lotions, creams, wipes, you name it. This is the one I always come back to. For the money, you can’t beat it. I am pale white Norwegian. This gives me the darkest tan in one application. No streaks, no orange, just a natural looking tan.

This was highly recommended. You have to be real careful and mix it with some lotion. Otherwise it’s too dark. I don’t like the feel of it on my skin, and it smells not too great either.

I've tried tons of self-tanners ... All the lotions. This is the first spray I've tried. I recently had to stop tanning in tanning beds, because I got into one that wasn't properly sanitized, and I ended up with a Staph infection on my back. So now I'm just mostly using self-tanners. Anyway, this spray product goes on nicely, I usually rub it in with some cocoa butter cream, but sometimes I rub it in by itself. Sometimes I use latex/rubber gloves, sometimes I just use my bare hands. You'll want to wash your hands, because it absolutely WILL STAIN your hands. This stuff goes on strong, so after a few hours, you'll want to rinse it off in the shower. It's kinda sticky too, but that's not a big deal for me, because I usually put it on after my morning shower, then I take a shower rinse off before I go to bed. Wear dark cotton clothing when using any self tanners.

I'm pretty impressed with this stuff. It's gonna take some getting used to for me though. I entered into it not expecting it to darken as much as it does, and applied the first coat a little too liberally, giving me some uneven results. There was the typical buildup around the knees and back of my feet. But I was able to get enough off in the tub that I reapplied today more carefully and with less product. It dries very fast, and I haven't noticed any transfer to fabric, but it's still early. I don't want an absurdly dark tan, just a little color so my pastey white legs don't draw attention. It's going to be very nice as maintenance to keep some color on my legs. Very pleased, and the prime day price was great.

Nice moisturizing tanning cream.

This self tanner is way better than expected, for less then $20 it gives a dark and even tan as long as you use a tanning mitt to put it on, otherwise it’s very streaky. The tan is beautiful and I imagine the bottle will last quite a while since it’s a liquid spray. Definitely recommended.

I love this spray it works so well! It’s not to dark and looks natural and stays on for days even after showering. Definitely worth it. Also I spritz my face with it and it gives a really nice glow.

Great product

The difference when applied is very subtle. Not the product I was hoping for.
