I do my own nails at home. Loved the variety of colors. They are the same as my other brand gel polish. Sheerness- Takes several coats just like other brands. (Apply thinner coats for better application and curing) Lasted me 2 weeks just like other brands. I read a ton of reviews before purchasing. If there are issues it's in the application. We are in the middle of a remodel so hands were used with that. I would highly recommend as long as you know how to do gel nail polish. Make sure you prep your nails appropriately, apply a base coat, apply your color, cure between coats. Apply top coat. Thinner coats are better. Make sure you put on edges of nails as well. I took my time and applied correctly and it lasted as long as if I had my nails professionally done at a salon. Actually had a nail tech I ran into in Sally's tell me she loved my nails.. when I told her I did them myself she was amazed said they look like I went to salon. People who complained about the sizes of the bottles are ridiculous. They are the same size as my others that I've spent $10-$15 per bottle for. (They are smaller than regular nail lacquer if that's what they meant) it tells you the exact size of bottle in description. If you look at picture you can see size on the bottle. This is a heck of a deal!! The bad comments about color dot on the front of the bottle not matching...well that is true-ish. If you've done gel polish before it is not exactly the same shade of color on the outside bottle anyway. I look at those types of complaints just like people complaining because their ice-cream is too cold. So take majority of those complaints with a grain of salt. If you truly know how to do gel polish you will love this product as much as I do! I would definitely purchase again especially other packs of colors. You would remove the same as other gel polish brands. Scratch top coat with finger nail file, use cotton ball with pure acetone and wrap in tinfoil or I use press and seal wrap. Usually takes 15-20 minutes. I do while I'm watching TV. This process is same as other brands and if you had done in salon. Use orange stick and slides off. May take little longer on some nails than others depending on how many coats/how thick you applied. Any brand of gel polish takes a bit to apply and take off. Gel polish is a detailed process. It's not like slapping on a coat or two of nail lacquer and going about your day. I love quality, quantity for the money and the fact I can do myself at home. They hold up better than regular nail lacquer that barely lasted me a day before it would chip all off or peel off. You will be very happy with this product if you know what you are doing and apply correctly. I'm sorry, I forgot to take pictures.

I ordered three of the 6-pack gel nail polish sets by Gellen (Dark Grey set, Popular Nudes set, and Nude Gray set). I'll summarize the color codes for each of these sets below. Because there is some overlap in each collection, I'll be returning the Nude Gray set because two of the colors were repeats from the other sets, and I'll be keeping the Dark Grey set and Popular Nudes set. I think between the two sets I'll be keeping, this is will round out my collection of "lights" and "darks" nicely.* = Denotes repeat color in one of the three sets. I applied on Sunday with the Azure "no wipe" base coat and top coat. Per the example of the nail technician I saw a few weeks ago prior to purchasing these, he did the base coat, three coats of color, and two layers of top coat to guarantee the two-week no-chip policy the salon offered. I had no chips (other than my nail catching on something and tearing a little bit!) so I decided to repeat the application process on my own. I applied on Sunday evening and so far (Wednesday morning), my nails look great!I will look for more Gellen colors as the warmer months approach so I can buy some brighter colors!

I purchased the Angel Pinks series because I wanted to start doing my own nails. The colors are not exactly as pictured or described, but I still liked them. Pictured: I am wearing the 112, which has some shimmer and shine - but I was expecting a matte nude color. Three of the colors look very similar, which is a baby pink. I did not have any issues with clumping or leaking, as other people described.The colors are thinner and more sheer compared to other brands, such as OPI and Gelish. But for the price, you are getting a great value. I recommend a gel base coat + 3-4 layers of the color + a get top coat. My nails have lasted up to 2 weeks without chipping. My nails grow pretty quickly, so in 2 weeks I need to redo them anyways.

I have never been one to do my nails often because regular nail polish chips too easy, no matter how "durable " they claim to be. Well, gel nail polish is my new addiction! This brand is great quality. My nails last 7-8 days on average, and that's because I don't push my cuticles back. But that's ok, because I can change the color! Use a good quality base and top coat. I applied the base coat (not included, 2 coats of gel, and a clear top coat (not included). I have had so many compliments! Will definitely buy more colors. Great price, great set, great quality. No or low odor. Perfect thickness, great colors. No bubbles or grittiness. They level quick.
