It's down in the details but yes it is a 6 pack. Seem to work just fine for my rig.

I have some pedals that are top loaders for their inputs, outputs, and power. Do the head width of these cause any problems for these kinds of pedals?

No problem with top loading pedals. These pancake ends aren't so wide that they crowd a power jack

How close (in inches or fractions thereof) can two pedals be? In other words, what is the distance between two pedals when using these? Thank you!

My closest two pedals are right at 1-inch apart where the two connectors are exactly opposite to each other and there is a little less than 1/8 inch gap between the two connector tops. You might be able to squeeze the two effects another 1/16 of inch tighter, assuming you don't have a power plug on the side of the pedal with a higher profile plug. Of course you have to remove the pedal from the board to be able to unplug the cable.

Good for pedals, not for DI box.

I got these for my DI box for my Alesis Drum pad. THEY DO NOT FIT in the L/R because the heads are flattened, and I cannot fit them side by side in the DI box or on my drum pad.That's not saying they are bad cables. Not at all. I also play guitar, and they connect my pedals just fine.But if you are here looking for cheap cables to connect a L/R, you won't be able to use two. If you wanted to use these, you'd have to use Left out/ Mono only.
