Perfect solution for shower window
I got this rod for a window in my shower and its the perfect size. I wanted something with tension, but don't like the usual plasticy ones from the hardware store. Since it is the same dimension as a shower curtain, I was able to use cute shower curtain rings to attach the curtain. Installation was simple (no tools at all) and it has held up well with zero sigs of rust so far.

Very sturdy and nice looking
Using to hold up a curtain in place of a closet door and it is holding the curtain nicely and stands up to frequently sliding the curtain back and forth.

Sturdy enough to hold 96" panels!
These tension rods are heavy duty! They are strong enough to hold a heavy 96" panel from Restoration Hardware. I needed something to fit inside a metal window frame since the walls of my building are concrete. These rods did the trick and haven't moved at all since installing them a couple of months ago. Great product!

Used for baby’s closet
I used these tension rods to hang up in the trending baby closet hack using bookcases in my baby’s closet. They adjust easily to fit the length and sturdy to hold a bunch of baby clothes. Very easy to install and stable. I haven’t had to adjust anything in the 2 months that it has been up. The brushed nickel is just what I expected it to look like. Good for the money.

Stays up and shower curtain rings slide well

Fairly easy to use and look nice in my window.
I am not strong enough to do as the instructions tell me - pull out the rod a couple of extra inches wider than the window, then push in the inner spring to make sure the rod is secure. It was all I could do to wedge the rod into the window when I screwed the rod to the right width. But once it was in, it's solid. The wide rod slid easily into the placket on my curtain. There are no rough spots or screws that might tear my pretty curtains, so I was pleased by the quality. I only wanted the two rods to hold up a set of valences across a small window in my powder room, so these worked perfectly.
