My Kid Loves It
The first stopped working soon after getting it, but the customer service here was great! They sent a replacement quickly and without hesitation. The product is bright and has a battery and power cord option. It keeps my kids occupied for a little while as they enjoy seeing how the currents work.

Makes a great gift, for anyone.
I bought this as a gift for my little brother. I was a little skeptical, given the low price, but I loved it so much, I purchased one for myself as well. From what I can tell, the globe is plastic (not glass, like the larger ones) It runs on aaa batteries, as well as the Included USB cord and it lasts a long time on just batteries. I would however, recommend using rechargeable batteries.It is fairly bright, but works best in a low lit environment.I have literally spent hours playing with it. It is worth every penny, as a stress reliever Especially if you have some time to kill.

Very nice product
The product is simple and does not come with a power plug. Instead, you must use your own USB or batteries. I plugged-in 4 AAA batteries, switched it on, and it worked great. Very colorful and a nice size.

DO NOT BUY!
I put the batteries in and it worked for like five minutes. Replacing the batteries and plugging in the usb cord didn't bring it back to life. This is worthless junk. DO NOT BUY!

All plastic, good for the price
This is kids sized and works great. The dome is all plastic but it all works the same. Kids love it. I’d say it’s pretty durable, able to survive drops and moderately rough play, but the dome can screw off, exposing the inside node, which is glass. Recommend supergluing the dome if letting little ones play with it.

Hmm..it works.
I'd say you get what you pay for but that makes it sound bad and it's not bad, it works well. It's just made of cheap plastic.
