Super cute.
Purchased for unique purpose - as a reminder to “urge surf,” meaning to ride the wave of discomfort when you want to do something really badly (for example, have another drink, text and drive, or complain). Therapist taught me urge surfing in order to address some of my bad habits. This is a little “talisman” to remind me to stay focused on my values and goals and ride the wave of the urge to do some of my bad habits. Has been a help. Super cute.
