Great quality clippers, the cutting guides not so good

Bought these to cut my own beard at home, very high quality clippers. Although i do believe they are slightly overpriced. They feel weighty when holding them which is good for stability and they can be used/learned by anyone.

When I bought it, it looked like it was already used. But I ignored it and started using it. Actually it worked tremendously well. But within a couple of weeks, it stopped working on cordless. I charged it a few times but it would just not work. Called Amazon and they said only Wahl can sort it. Called Wahl and they asked me to return the item for repairs which they took over a week or so to fix. When they sent it back, it literally looked like that in the video. Rusted and hair sticking out of it as if they literally tested it on someone and straight put it in the bag. I contacted them again and they said it’s not being looked after properly by me 😂. Absolutely shocking customer service. Won’t recommend buying it again from them.

Produit excellent, ayant acheté une autre tondeuse "pas chère", à moins de 30 EUR, celle-ci ne coupait même pas les cheveux. Avec cette Wahl on passe sur un produit professionnel haut de gamme. C'est une gamme de prix différente, mais la qualité du produit est là. Le fournisseur français, Wahl est une marque Américaine inconnue du grand public, a bien travaillé la livraison a été rapide. Je ne connaissais pas Wahl, ils font d'excellents produits, j'ai fini par me fournir chez eux, d'une tondeuse de finition, ainsi que d'une tondeuse à Barbe. En choisissant Whal, vous êtes certains de choisir du matériel de qualité pour les professionnels, mais aussi pour les particuliers exigeants. Recommendation à 100%
