Keeps stopping after 5 seconds
UPDATE 2: I just read S's comment re. the same issue. And semi-stomp walking on the treadmill seems to keep it from stopping! I guess b/c I'm not wearing shoes, the treadmill isn't sensing my walking properly. Believe me, I am not thin by any means, so it's not as if there's nobody on the treadmill. Customer Service should add this into their Troubleshooting Guide. I will add more stars if this thing last a few months.UPDATE: The company sent me a reply after a few days, which is basically 2 full pages of troubleshooting video links to watch regarding taking apart the machine. I will have to wait until I have a a free day to do this.ORIGINAL POST: I wrote customer service. Seems like a decent product, but not if I have to keep starting it literally every 5 seconds. Hoping there's a quick fix, otherwise sending this back will be terrible---it takes 2 people to carry.Nice that you can fit it under a desk though.

Not as promised..
The treadmill does not appear to have any any noticeable shock absorption and its also way too narrow for a tall person. Its disappointing to see them saying it does and then not having the promised feature specially for such a large and heavy item.

Nice!
SOO..got this treadmill. It was immediately shutting off after 5 seconds. Consistently. I wasn’t taking heavy enough steps to keep it going and their safety feature kicked in (Because it signaled that no one was walking on it!). Anyway. Works fine now that I know that. Taking heavy steps now..lol

Perfect little walking treadmill
This treadmill is perfect for what it is. It felt a little narrow at first but after using a few times I've gotten used to the width. It is very quiet for a motorized machine (I only need to raise the tv volume a few clicks to hear it perfectly over the sound). I needed an extension cord with a ground hole since the power cable attaches to the front of the machine and I wanted to face away from the wall.
