what is the weight of this fabric and does it fray?

Its quite a heavy fabric and it didn't fray when we were cutting to cover the sofa.

If i was to order 8 would it be 1 roll 8 metres long?

Gosh it was a while ago I ordered this - but yes I think that is correct. I am by the way very pleased with the fabric having made cushion covers for our conservatory - it's not yet a year but they they look as good as new with no noticeable fade

Will this rip if I use a staple gun to re upholster my sleigh bed?

I didn’t use a staple gun with this fabric but the quality is so good, I very much doubt whether it would rip. I was concerned that I would have trouble putting through my machine but it seems to be versatile material. I made cushion covers which are soft but strong. Good luck!

How easy is it to clean this fabric please? I want to reupholster kitchen stools but I have 2 messy children!!

It's brilliant. I have a messy husband, three cats and two grandsons, the fabric wiped clean with a damp cloth for stubborn stains and brushes/vacuums clean for fur and fluff. Very happy customer here 😁

Fabulous fabric.

Ordered to use on my first up cycle project. I was really pleased with the quality and it was excellent to work with. I made three box cushions (my first ever) plus recovered some seat pads on dining chairs. Really impressed with the fabric. Great quality, colour as described and arrived earlier than expected. Great fabric

Bought this fabric to make some box cushion covers for bench seating in my VW transporter conversion. Super impressed with the quality of the fabric, it’s really thick and seems super durable. Has a lovely soft finish to it too. I bought colour latte, it’s lighter than I expected and more like a greyish beige but still impressed!

easy to sew

Used for reupholstery. Material is a good thickness and soft, with a white backing which I assume is the retardant fabric. Not stiff or difficult to sew. Does not look cheap or flimsy. Colour was as expected.

Beautiful material good to work with

Used to make rear curtains in VW camper not finished or I would have added photo. Fire retardant and wool make the material an excellent choice. Gorgeous colour teal.
