Skechers Performance Women's Go Walk 2 Walking Shoe

These are about average as far as my recent experience with Skechers®. Recently I had purchased a pair of "GoRuns(tm)," thinking they would inherently have ample padding and decent arch support (HELLO! Running shoes!?). They don't, although they do run more true-to-size. This pair of GoWalks® also have zero arch support and only the padding provided by the air-filled rubber outsole to insulate the step. They easily run a FULL size large. Sometimes I'll wear a 9, in dressier boots a 9.5, (since the GoRuns in 9.5 fit me well I initially ordered these in the larger size). They were quite large, fitting me like a large 10, no exaggeration. I exchanged them for a 9 only to find that it too was at least a half size too big. I decided one exchange was enough and have kept the 9 as the absence of any interior structure or arch support well affords inserting a Spenco(tm) Cross-training insole, which improved them significantly.As always, Amazon provided 5-star service and an exchange just as prompt as the initial order.Bottom line, I can't really recommend the current line of Skechers®, aside from being "cute" and very lightweight. I almost certainly will not purchase them again, for all the reasons mentioned above (under-engineered, especially for the price plus they're made in good ol' China and apparently very inconsistently sized).If you prefer walking barefoot but choose not to, in order to avoid podiatric peril, then these may be a good choice. You'll barely know you're wearing shoes - especially if you order your regular size.

I have been trying to duplicate the Shape-ups LIV. The sole shape works very well for me, & they are very light weight & comfortable for my troublesome foot. I've tried other styles that I ended up giving away. I also tried the Go Walk slip on, but they did not have any support..my daughter has them now. Since this one was on sale,I thought I'd give it a try. (My daughter & granddaughter are happy when the shoes don't work) So far, they seem to be quite comfortable, tho not enough support for heavy duty walking. A good summer shoe.

This is my second pair of Skechers Go Walk 2! They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I walk about 2 miles everyday and stand all day for my job. I have no more heal, sole or back pain! My feet NEVER hurt anymore when I wear these! They are warm in colder weather and breathe well. I've hand-washed them and dried them in front of a fan several times, and they still look great! Makes running easier and would recommend them for (outdoor) sports too! Fits true to size and great color also! Would highly recommend to anyone! Will be buying more in the future!

I really like this shoe but it did run a little large. I have bought the slip on sketchers go walk before and wear a particular size. I ordered that size in this shoe and it is a more toe room than I would like. I did end up keeping the shoe and they are very comfortable.

I love Sketchers! I needed a nice sneaker to run around doing errands and to feel comfortable in. I love how light and airy they feel on. I love these and they are so cute too! The price for these are more than most sneakers, but well worth the extra money!

I bought these shoes for my wife. She absolutely loves them. They are extremely light, I've never felt shoes as light in my life. And, according to her, they are extremely comfortable, almost like wearing nothing at all. If they prove themselves and last for a year or more, she plans on buying another pair.A great buy for anyone on the market for a light, comfortable, walking shoe.

I love this line of Skechers. The Go Walk has to be the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. Very light weight but with support in all the right places. I own several pairs. Skechers by far is the best fitting most comfortable tennis shoe made today. I have a large collection of Skechers but the Go Walks are my favorite by far.
