So I bought these because I have some abdominal twitching due to like some nervous system regulation. I called the brand to ask what dilution of this product again and they told me to get 6C. They’re really small little pellets. They said they’re supposed to dissolve under your tongue, but they were too hard for me to notice any dissolving so I would just chew them and swallow. They taste pleasant, but I kind of found that another supplement that I was taking was more effective for the twitching. Overall, I think this is a great holistic product. It’s good for abdominal cramps so like your period this would help with. This brand has a whole bunch of different homeopathic remedies.
